i wouldnt be surprised if it was true , same as when they say max fine is an x amount - but they only recived a lesser fine . whats the point in having a max fine , if they never fine them the max amount .

As a newbi i caught on to HWSNBN pretty easy lol, but the trouble he was causing on face book with people etc made me not want to even ask him or listen to him on any advice, i neva hurd of him before and just made him self look bad, one thing about his videos HE NEEDS TO PUT CLOTHES ON BAD lol, i couldnt stand how also in every video saying all of his trademark words... grr sorry just wanted to add that lol but i really think its wrong what he is doing !!
