As I was reading a previous thread on de-beaking I just decided to Google up some pics of snakes eating bird and come across this article. There was no need for them to do this to a poor harmless snake. If you got pics to show of snakes eating much bigger items let's share them on here to show people how much bigger food that they can eat . Snake Swallows Whole Chicken | Dominica Central News

That's fricken crazy

Cheers Brenton

Why kill it? The chicken is obviously dead, how stupid can you be thinking that a chicken would be alive after been eating by a 12 ft long snake?

Hope they're going to cook that chicken up for dinner now that they've gone to the trouble of getting it back!

Of course they would, but only after eating the snake as a starter

I wonder if you ate a snake that had been digesting a chicken whether it would effect the taste of the snake, like cooking it in chicken stock or something?

I had to think twice to read this article. I hate snakes and hate looking at them. They upset me. If I had my way, I would get rid of every snake in Dominica and in the entire world. I wonder why were they created? A question for my – Our Lord Jesus Christ. Hope He answers me.
They climb as well. When I resided in Dominica, as a child, I noticed a young man with a scar on his neck. I asked what happened to him. He told me that he was in his garden and went to get a bunch of bananas and a snake bit him. The snake was in the banana tree. Fortunately, it was not poisonous. If doors are left opened they could enter as well.

Possibly only if it was cooked intact with the chicken inside it... but still..

Maybe because it contained a foreign concept: These things called "words".
I read that comment too. I found it rather depressing :(
