150W Flood lights.

Does anyone use these for heating/basking spots? 150W Flood lights.

I use them in one enlsoure & they seem to work great! Put out good amount of heat to warm the enclosure and provide basking spot underneath, & they are cheap to buy.

Just wanna know if anyone has anything bad to say about them..negative things..Can it hard reptiles, not the heat it self, I'm taking more about the brightness of the light & there eyes? Should they be coloured to dull it down or are they fine. I have had NO issues with them.

i've used them before for lizards but you need big enclosures to accomodate 150W.
