4 month old coastal still wont eat

i have a 4 month old coastal that i got from the victorian reptile expo and he hasnt eaten since ive had him. can anyone help with some feeding tips?

i read that yesterday saximus,
im not that concerned about it just yet, ive heard of hatchies going nine months or so without eating.
But i'd prefer he started eating soon

its in a click clack in an eclosore. i recorded temps on 31 at hot end and 28 at cooler end. tissue box for hide and it is drinking water, seen it a few times in the middle of the night having a drink. i have 9 other snakes and this is the only snake ive had any problems with
