If she's feeding on her own accord, i think that says alot. I don't think there is too much to worry about at this stage, but better to be safe then sorry. A trip to the vet is a good idea.

Is she passing when you hold her? Maybe leave her alone for a week. I had a maccie that would pass everytime i picked her up so left her alone and bam, she is fine..
