Any ideas whats going on here?

Today my son was holding one of our jungles, and she had a poo and a wee while he was holding her. A couple of minutes later, I noticed this (see photo below). Its gone now, a few hours later. I looked through all the prolapse threads, and thought thats what it could be. Looked more like reproductive organs than anything else though imo. anyone got any ideas?

Yeah, id be taking her to a vet.
Or at least a keeper experienced with this sort of thing.
Especially if it happens often or takes longer to go away.
