Hello,

I'm hoping that you might be able to help me. I'm working for the BBC in the UK on a
series about reptiles and amphibians, and am hoping to do some filming with a particular of
species of turtle that we are finding difficult to track down. The species that we are
looking for is the Northern Long-Necked Turtle (Macrochelodina rugosa).

These turtles are all but impossible to come by in the UK, and so we are now looking for
some to film (preferably breeding but at the moment any will do!) in either Europe,
Australia, or America. If you were aware of anyone out there has access to these amazing
animals - and who wouldn't mind talking to us regarding the possibility of filming with
us at some point soon - then I'd be really grateful if you could reply.

Many thanks for your time,

Ed Charles.
