are eastern bearded dragon easy to handle?

i can't decide what bearded dragon to get.
are eastern bearded dragon easy to handle.
if you have one do you handle and find them just as friendly as pygmy bearded dragons?
please tell me your thoughts!

I have 2 Central Bearded and 2 Pygmy and I find them all much the same when it comes to handling. They're all usually a bit skittish to start off with but the more you handle them, the calmer they get. If you have a few to choose from, ask to handle them all and see how each one reacts.
