Beardie asleep in water dish

Ok so i just found my beardie asleep in his water dish with his head up on the rim like he had fallen asleep in the bath,
any ideas or jus stupidity lol

Maybe just keep a eye on the beardie, My pygmy bearded dragon she loves to sit in her water bowl always does it but has never slept inside it.

wen my beardie was abit younger the same thing happend walked in to check on him and he'd been asleep in his water bowl for a couple of hrs and it was nite time so he was pretty cold....... i just turned his lights back on to thaw him out lol..... just check them cause they will fall asleep anywhere sumtimes

thanks yea it was pretty wierd, hes slept against the glass and half hanging of branches before lol but not in the bowl i have his lights on now to warm him up

My beardies used to do this all the time.
What I did is only give them access to water a few times a week, having a water bowl in there 24/7 is not good for a few reason due to humidity
