Can anyone identify this Lizard

Hi my fellow enthusiasts,

Can anyone identify the lizard in the pictures attached? My friend bought it as a supposed eastern water dragon but i'm pretty certain that it is not (for starters it doesn't have the tell tale banding behind the eyes). Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Definitely not a Water Dragon, that's for sure. It looks like a Jacky Lashtail to me.
