can levis and milii or levis and occ be cross breed??

hi, i keep seeing beautiful levis, occ, and milli that are off the wall beautiful colors, is it possiable 2 breed a levis 2 a milii or milli 2 a occ or vice versa?? what would happen if they were breed 2gether??? is that how all these new colors are showing up? ive seen some that just floored me!!
