central netted dragons

hey guys,
was wondering if anyone had a care sheet on central netted dragons
such as housing requirements and feeding, if so it would be great and just some facts from keepers
are they easy reptiles to keep?
relatively placid playful animals?
my boyfriend and i are looking to get a pair, just doing our research first
i already have a small standard sized fish tank.. would this be suitable to house the pair?

the fish tank is 24 inches long, 16 inches tall and 12 inches wide

I bought Shannon's book, it's really helpful, and there is very limited information about them on the net, so it was a great buy, really detailed with information on everything.
