seen an adder over a meter off the ground up a small tree, as said its not the norm, but any ven will climb if it has a need to.

Sadly I dont have any available pics to put on at this time, but I have had a number of vens That were climbers including eastern browns, taipans, tigers, redbellies, bandy bandy and a death adder.
I have photos of the redbelly feeding from a rafter in its display pen just like a python, and photos of 2 yearling coastal taipans climbling a decorative wind mill in their pen. Awaiting to snatch a pic of the adder and the inland on their next climbing episodes.
