So looks like you will be able to slot another in.

Well new games are being developed with support for DirectX 10, which is Vista ONLY.
Eventually as more people take on Vista, they'll stop supporting DX9.
Same story already happened with DX8 -> DX9 and Win98 -> WinXP

You need something with PCI-E or PCI-Express listed.

If you install another graphics card:
Primary Video Adapter (The display adapter type used at startup - Set to the slot-type if installing another video card)

PCIe version 2 has double the data rate of PCIe 1.x

You could buy a PCIe 2 card but it will only operate at legacy PCIe 1.x speed if you only have a PCIe 1.x slot.

You'll only get xp to see just over 3 gigs of ramm, unless you have 64bit cpu and xp 64bit edition.
