Diamond with shaky head (help)

Hi,
just got a new diamond adult. as she moves her head sort of shakes. not all the time but when shes in a hurry. is this nerves or is there someting wrong. only had them out of the box for 10min been with an overnight courier service up untill now.

If you believe that it doesn't look normal and you are clearly concerned, get the snake to a vet and get it checked out.
Could be a neurological problem, but we would be guessing without seeing the snake.
