eastern bluey pregnancy?

I have had a 3 year old blue tongue lizard (eastern) and it has started behaving strangely. I bought a male the same age before winter, and they both hibernated through winter because they both live in a fenced off outdoor area.
The female is now quite fat and has started acting strange.
She will bask longer and appears to be sleeping while basking. While she is sleeping she is pointing her head toward the sky.

I'm not sure about the head pointing towards the sky but gravid lizards tend to bask longer than other lizards.
