there was a coment earlier about taking your license to the expo its not hard to download 1 page !

One thing you could do is charge a different door price for licence holder's. Something like $10 for licence holder's, and $12 for everyone else. Doing this would make non licence holder's easily identifiable at the door, and they could be treated accordingly - At the very least, presented with a fact sheet stating that a licence is required to purchase animals, how/where to get it, etc.
