Feeding

I fed my snake before i went away for the week she seemed to eat it but must have regurgitated it after i left i came home to a bad smell amd rotten mouse in the water bowl what should i do i ahve thrown away the water bowl and sterilised everything else

I think sterilising the water bowl goes without saying, don't you? The other concern should be the reason for the regurgitation. Snakes will regurgitate for different reason, some of those reasons can lie with the conditions they are kept in.
Also in future, don't feed and leave like that. Feed a few days before leaving so that you can head off any future circumstances like that.
