hi all,
today i checked one of mums coastal and found our first batch of
eggs, you can imagine we were stoked, what is even better is that we didn't try to breed her, we only put our male in with her a couple times for 3 days to give him a spell from the 2 other coastals we wanted to breed from this year, (if they are gravid they should lay within the next 2 weeks),
we ended up with 19 eggs and all look ok and are in our incubator, now the hard part starts, waiting and hoping everything goes ok, this is our first attempt at breeding snakes, so you can guess we are over the moon, what makes it even better is that we have raised these from hatchlings,
hey browns just want to let you know this is the
nice female " coastal " we bought from you 3 years ago,
and the dad is rusty our "yellow coastal" male,
we did take pics of the eggs in the incubator and will try to post them next week,
cheers,
steve...........
