fridges as incubators

just wondering how good a fridge converted into an incubator is? how are they heated? appreciate any feedback

I plan to build a few of them over the next few months. some have used heatcord and others a few lights the reason a few have used lights is that if a globe blows the others will just stay on for longer to hold the temps. But there are a few threads about them here if you do a search.
