Heat mat

Hey guys have just bought my self a baby olive and waiting on a new tank to arrive this week so currently have her in a large storage tub with a heat mat any ideas off how warm i should be running it. Is all hooked up to a thermostat ??

I don't know much about olives but most pythons are happy with about 30-32C

I also don’t know much about olives but I do know that they are snakes found in the top end of the country, where it’s generally a lot warmer (and sometimes more humid) than some other areas where pythons are found. You can’t really go wrong with 32 as a starting point but could probably go a degree or two higher.
