This little guy was hopping round the house tonight (NSW Central Coast).

Looks like a perons tree frog? He looks a little disfigured does he look like he has a disease?

I wouldn't have a clue, I have no idea about frogs at all. Just interested as to what is is, I always see frogs on the roads but this is the first one in years I've seen up close.

I'd agree with the Peron's Tree Frog (Litoria peroni) ID. I don't think its deformed but its carrying a parasite/larvae under its skin.
 
Confident it's a Perons (I also know them as Emerald Spotted Tree Frog). They have an awesome call, sounds like the alien from the movie Predator haha
