Adelotus brevis ?? i think your right
Red inside thighs?

The book "Wildlife of Greater Brisbane" by The QLD Museum describes the Adelotus brevis at p 225 as:

Female 40mm, male 45mm. Males have large broad heads that are about the size of the body. Back with low warts and short folds of skin; brown, olive, to slate; plain or with dark mottling; dark 'butterfly' mark usually on top of head. Belly variegated black and white; bright red patches in groin, back of legs and edges of foot.

Yeah I would agree with Adelotus brevis, the red in the groin/thighs and the nature of the ventral pattern is fairly distinctive for this species.

definatley Tusked Frog, I have them all round my house and they vary in colour quite a bit from what iv seen, apart from the white and red underneath.
