frogs anyone

I know this is herp help but l need help identifying a frog. Anyone know anything about frogs??

I know nothing... i almost pee'd my pants when he jumped and landed on my head ( i was **saving** his from my jack russell)

over the past half hour or so, he's belly is almost white and his body is very very pale grey.
