I am thinking some geckos. I have kept dragons and pythons for about 5-6 years so I have some experience.
What are the pros and cons of geckos and what species would people suggest.

Pros- There are no cons.

Nephrurus levis, or perhaps Oedura sp.

Take a look at some of the available species perhaps in the show us your geckos thread, and see which ones you like?

There are some harder and easier species but in general most species are doable for a first time gecko owner if they keep other animals and have some good sense to find out everything they need about what they're getting.

i reccomend knob tails(any sub spec. are cool)
pros-
-cant climb
-easy to breed
-awesome looking
-grow fast
-dont need any light just a small heat source under the tank
Cons-
-cant think of any besides some can be 500 plus

I love having gecko's in my collection, it means when the lights go out over my dragons I still have a reptile coming to life in my room, the two thick-tailed geckos and the marbled gecko I have are brilliant to watch at night, and are ferocious little hunters.
