Green tree frog parasites?

I've had my green tree frogs for 5 years and have noticed today for the first time that there are long, skinny red worms in their poo. I can't find information about this anywhere and I'm freaking out. Does anyone have any information that might be helpful?

Get some fresh poop (preferably containing the worms) and get it tested by a vet, they will then medicate accordingly.
