At what stage do you start to put worms, crickets, etc into the water? I heard that they start to eat meat once their front and rear legs and come out.

I'm guessing you are talking about GTF taddies.. well I'm not to sure with GTF taddies but with my spotted marsh frog taddies... i wait till there fully out of the water and there tail is absorbed.. as they absorb there tail they don't need a feed straight away

Yes, Green Tree Frog taddies. My sisters boyfriend brought some taddies off someone and has asked me for advise. I don't have any myself so I am a bit vague on information.
He said that he had 2 just starting to go green, both front and rear legs. Came in this morning and the taddies were eating the 2 I just mentioned. Evidently, there wasn't much left. I do know he did a full water change yesterday. I think he has them at the moment in a 1 foot aquarium. Is this strange for the taddies to eat the almost frog ones?
