heating lamps differences

Hi, what are the differences between the regular heating lamps and those from zoomed or exoterra? Being in appearence the same why would it be worth buying a zoomed heatig lamp when you can get the same much cheaper in any electrical store? Till now i´ve been heating my beardies with zoomed´s lamps to avoid any possible risks but what would be those risks if i started using regular lamps?

There are none.
I use normal lights from bunnings in my viv.
Costs me like $5 a bulb, compared to $15-$20

Just dont use the coil household bulbs, heard that the sort of light they produce can harm the beardies eyes, just what ive heard, but its made me keep clear of them.
