My bro just got a new cunningham female and the male acts really dominant around her and tries to bite her
what should we do?

Sometimes Cunninghams won't accept a mate, generally it is best to buy a group of new borns and raise them together.

Very, very carefully.
I found if you introduce them "cool" it seems to work a little better. Drop your temps to 20-22 for a week or two. Then all you have is two friendly skinks snoozing under the same log but too cold to fight. Warm them slowly over a 2 week period. It sometimes works.
