I DID IT!!!

Doin' a lil' Happy Dance cuz I'm sooo proud of myself.
I have tried everything to get some of my childrens hatchies to feed. Braining, chicken stock, skink wee and all that. Tonight I got desperate and got MOTH to mince up a garden skink. I coated the pinkie heads in the goo and IT WORKED! One has eaten and two are very interested. I'm so impressed with myself, lol.

The whole skink? or just the tail?

I have 8 childrens, Numbers 1 - 5 will just grab a pinkie straight up. 7-9 have only ever eaten lil garden skinks. They can be snappy but are calming down nicely. My 10 year old son handles them with me every day when we give them clean water.
It was the whole skink Dicco. Just a tiny one. I know it's gross but we tried the tail thing, sticking it in the pinkie mouth but to no avail.
