If your reptile die,how to write report?

hi guys,one of my snake die because somehow the light bulb heater inside enclosure was accidentally broke/dead,so how do write on my record log?
What should i write? I dunno how that happen about the light heater bulb was broke

Would take a fairly long time to die without heat, unless you tried feeding it, but even then they would usually regurgitate or not even bother eating…

Depending what state, inNSW we just log it as a deceased animal
