I have a fairly new hacthling about 20 inches long. Just need some good advice on best care and set up wise thanks

Congrats on the new friend! You may need to be a little more specific to coax out some expert advice.

what species is the hatchy? What are you housing in at the moment? Etc.
I'm no expert by any means but there are plenty here and plenty of care sheets available for specific species care online

I've seen care sheets with different temps humidity. Etc

Generally people keep their hatchlings in click-clacks.
Heatmats and heatchords are usually the way to go with these, unless you can find a way to easily prop the heat lamp up to sufficiently achieve a heat gradient.
