Injured burtons

I just pulled a Burtons legless lizard out of a pair of cat jaws. It has a couple of bad punctures and is missing a part of it's tail, I have isolated it in a click clack with some cover, I don't like it's chances if it survives the day it might just make it.

Take it to a vet, they should look at it for nothing if its a wild one
