Just wondering if it is legal anywhere in Australia to cross breed carpet pythons? Also, is there a limit or system as to what can breed with what?

I'm not going to do it! I don't know the first thing about breeding them. That's why I was asking. I'm curious.
 
It's legal in most states. Pretty sure only SA and Qld are against it. Hard to get a straight answer to questions like this on this forum without the peanut gallery piping up with their opinions

Except for diamond pythons and Bredlis.... all other carpet pythons in Vic fall under the taxa of Morelia spilota variegata ​(same schedule number), so no it is not "illegal" to X carpet pythons in Victoria (seeing as your from Vic)
