Is this is a vet visit thing or can we just wait till she finishes shedding to see what’s happening

Hey all, Saffron is in blue (I think, her eyes are kinda milky looking and she looks drier than usual) so I reckon she’s gonna shed soonish, but today while handling her noticed this lil patch on her neck and just wondering if it’s something to be concerned about.
We’re still hunting for a good reptile vet in our area coz I’m wary of taking her to a normal pet vet and getting unhelpful help 😅 I’ve attached some pics here, thanks in advance ❤️

Update; she shed!! The lil patch on her neck is a lot lighter looking but definitely still there, will be taking her in to a reptile vet to get it checked out but the shed is one long nice connected piece, everything from eye caps to the very end of the tail

and she pooped! Gosh it was massive compared to what Casper managed. I swear her turd weighed more than he did 😂
