Jungle Lost Color

Hi Guys my jungle has just finished shedding and looks like she has lost here bright yellow coloring.
She is about 1 year old.
Any Suggestions.

I just noticed the fluro uv light has been off for a few weeks. :/
Could this be the cause?
Anyway to make her return to beautiful gold color.
