Large snake on electric fence

I no we have all seen this snake bfor plenty of times but has any one actually seen the real story behind it as it has been a Email that had gone around for a few years but in the email it says its in Australia but it not anyway have a look

If u get the latest reptiles Australia mag and go to page58 u will c a fella who has caught in recent years Corn snakes, boaconstictors,and red tailed boas in Vic and nsw so there plenty of them here LOL

when i look up "scrub Python" on google images i always see that photo could just be the Python bit though but it doesn't come up on any other pythons so.... what is it that it swolled?
