Mating Question

i have put my young male Bearded Dragon who is 22 months old in with my female who is 3 years old he has been in with her for 3 day.

i see him jump on her back but only for a sec then he jumps off ,

i watched a video on utube today of a pair mating the male realy grabed hold of the female and wouldnt let her go

with him being young can it take longer for him to work out how to mate properly LOL

the funny thing is if i walk near his tank he bobs at me LMAO ,,,HE LOVES HIS MUMMY

Don't worry too much. I thought my boy was a dud because he did the same. Both of my females became pregnant so i think they might do a bit more loving when the lights go out.
