My beardies are acting like crackeads!

I have noticed that my CBDs absolutely LOVE calcium and reptivite! I have found them licking spilt dust up off their hide, and if I dust their veggies occasionally, later that day the veggie bowl has been absolutely demolished. Without the vitamins, they'd only just nibble at the veggies. Every time they see any white powder they frenziedly devour it. What is everyone's thoughts on this behavior?

yeah sometimes i notice that with dusted and non dusted crickets LOL.
I just keep dusting a few times a week and she is thriving

Really? Reptivite hey, I use Ultimate vitamins (reptile supplemet) mixed with the calcium version of the same brand but my yearling male bearded dragon just isn't as interested as when there is no powder!? In fact it's only been since the weather has gotten hotter and he's gotten more active that he's even started eating proper amounts of his veg. Apparently sometimes they dislike the smell? I shall have to try to find reptivite....
