Thanks guys Grant.. None of those pics include the 4th on who seems to colour up the best. I will try get pics of him out in the sun over thee weekend if there si good weather (doesnt look like it). Mine are on 1:1 by weight.

I am going to save up and get a proper incubator built and use sopme different box's next season.
