just looks like its got townsville in it to me. im still kicking myself over letting that snake go.

I live in prosserpine. and i own a townsville coastal. Their colours are different. although its hard to tell the differrence from a brisbane and townsville

Only by chance. About 3 years ago before i got into the hobby I saw a 3m coastal just near my house down the beach during the day time. Its was in good nick. I touched her tail i wasn't game to pick her up.
Ive seen prosies on the road but none last year or this year. belive it or not ive ran over a couple of yearlings and when i went back for a look they were ok just a little shook up. The last one i ran over. was tring to bite me his tail looked a bit flat but he cralwed off the road with some encouragement.
Another one was curled up in a ball for a minute but it still got off the road. I ran over a real big one on the bruce hiway. saw him,but too late hit it in its middle. It was like hitting a gutter.I Felt bad. didnt turn around.

Its hard to find any different snakes here. this season ive only seen the green tree snake brown tree snake, common brown ,childrens python, I thinks its to late in the season to spot any coastal now.
