If you ask your local Target store nicly, they will put asside polystyrene packaging for you to collect from their loading dock.

I did this once and now have enough for about 15 enclosures.

i can't find habacrete any were her myslef. that being said from what i have heard it is a little overated. bondcrete is just as good if you add a little sand to it.
