Obligatory first post

Hi.
I've joined up to research what I need to know / have to properly care for a snake. I've always loved diamonds, but recently feel in love with a baby black head.
In short all I know so far is that I want a snake, all the important things to know are yet to come.

The snake will be living with my wife and I, along with our 7yo boy, 5yo girl, 8yo cat (burmesse), canary, Scorpion (black rock we think), 5 white lip green tree frogs, numerous small fish, and of course the frog food (maggots/flies, crickets).

I'm off to search for answers ..... (dumb questions will follow in short order :lol: )

I like DaveinOz already , Lives in Hoppers, has herps and follows NRL not that other queer thing they call footy down here. :lol:
