God I hope it bites it in the butt. I've seen pups from these types of places and we have seen the adult dogs too. Most of the animals are under-nourished, ill and look generally horrible due to the care.

I am a firm believer that if you want to keep your animal complete then get a breeders registration. Do it correctly and with the animals well being in mind. We are registered breeders, we pay a membership to a canine control council every year, to our local council every year and also keep on board with regulations. Its not that hard!!
 
We can only hope its a step in decreasing the amount of bad/unlawful puppy farms out there, baby steps for a big problem but at least its a try in the right direction.
