Does anyone have any thoughts on the blue tongue that Dr Harry showed in Better Homes and Gardens tonight?

Looked like a calico to me I highly doubt his diagnosis of temp variation hormonal upset plus he toldthem to make the hot spot 28 degrees which is far to low since OBT is 33 and its not uncommon to temp gun easterns at hotter temps id be interested to breed it to see hetitance and to hear from who ever owns the calico blotched to see if it changed as an adult as well. Saying that it may have a medical issue I just doubt it is husbandry related

just looked it up, what an awesome lizard!!

not so sure on the explanation tho, lol,....im sure theres an awful lot of blueys out there in small overheated UV free enclosures that arent pink,.....

Plus it was a very healthylooking female eastern

It seems pretty weird how a lizard could become that colour after one shed..
