I have been getting heaps of pop up adds that sometimes corespond with the banner add displayed. This hasn't happened to me before on this site.

i am also gettin them but this has only started happening in like the last week. it is very very annoying and if SJ can fix it then that would be great. but if it is out of his hands then we will have to put up with it.

Hey! Don't blame SJ! I'm sure it wasn't intentional.

I'm guessing that someone bought a banner ad. The way I imagine it works is that the banner ad that they got him to place on the site is linked to the popups.

I KNOW he wouldn't do that to us deliberately, and I reckon he'll track it down when he logs on and sees this thread.

There's an option to diable your browser opening secondary windows. You probably should leave it unchecked as this will stop some of the popups you do want to happen.

morelia is not blaming SJ at all but is mearly implying that if he could get rid of it then it would be a great help for everyone i think.
