That's a classic example of over-feeding. Whilst it may look nice, the rapid shell growth is what has caused the pattern & is nothing I would be terribly proud of. Any Saw-Shelled Turtle that size that has not been overfed, will not have a pattern alike that and in most cases I've seen, will have more prominent seration of the edges.
 
Heres a few pics i took of some longnecks at the Briars in Mt Martha Vic last week.
They have a great tank setup in the visitors centre.
There was an eel in the tank to but it was a bit camera shy.

My Kreffts boy. I quite often take him outside and let him walk around on the grass for a while to get some natural UV. He's in a large tank inside that is literally full to the brim (fuller than it is in the picture shown) to give him as much space to swim as possible in the tank. When I finish University and have the cash he will be going in a 1tonne+ stock tank outside with a custom enclosure around it.
