A good friend of mine just recently witnessed an Asian house gecko eating a smaller one of it's own species.I have never seen this before and have hundreds of the little fellas running round the house and the occasional native species here and there.
Has anyone else seen or heard of this with Asian house geckos or any native species that anyone sees and keeps?I'm guessing that the house geckos are and have been preying on our native species, hence the decline in their numbers around peoples houses.....not as bad as toads as many of our reptiles eat the house geckos but still a pest really!!!
would love to hear anyones experiences and thoughts on the matter???
