Prime porterhouse steak...

My shingle just got a little sample of prime, finely sliced, porterhouse steak. We were cutting it up and she was around so she got a few little chunks, she loved it! Would this be an alright TREAT (ie. not even a weekly thing)?

I can't see why not, it's human quality and has been frozen and defrosted, it was served to her raw and she loved a sample. Am I onto something?
