Hey everyone,
My name is Peter and I am currently living in the USA. I have been keeping herps for over a decade now, starting with some Hemidactylus around age 6. I have kept over a hundred individual lizards and over 30 species, while specializing in Gekkonidae. I also have kept and bred Varanus acanthurus. My favorite generas include Pachydactylus, Phelsuma, Rhacodactylus, & Lepidodactylus.
I am looking to major in Ecological & Biological sciences this year at James Cook University in QLD. I was accepted, and I am now considering my options of attending JCU or a domestic University.
I have only kept a few Aussie herps, a few Diplodactylus, Oedura, & Varanus, but as you know it is not easy to get them here. I would love to keep Varanus mertensi, Diplodactylus elderi, & Strophurus taenicauda.
I would love some info from people who have attended JCU as well,
Thanks,
